Enter your Certificate Number / Registration Number in the search box.
Click on the “Search” / “Verify” button.
The available certificate and practitioner details will be displayed on the screen.
Check the displayed Name, Registration Number, Profession, Qualification, Institution, Issue Date and Status carefully.
If a certificate PDF is available, click “View Certificate PDF” to open the uploaded certificate document.
If the information does not match your certificate, contact the portal administrator for verification assistance.
